Michelle is a fifteen-year operator and investor inside the consumer ecosystem. She spent more than a decade at Unilever building category-leading global brands across food, beverage, and beauty — leading portfolios through launch, repositioning, and the kinds of operational rebuilds that most strategy decks gloss over.

Alongside her work at Velocity, Michelle is an Operating Partner at Supernatural Ventures, where she backs the next generation of influential consumer founders. She holds an undergraduate degree and MBA from Cornell University, where she serves on the CALS Advisory Counsel, Presidents Council for Cornell Women, and University Council.

"Strategy is what you actually do — not what you say you'll do next quarter."

— 02 / The PracticeWhat we do.

Three disciplines, one throughline: momentum. Each engagement begins inside one of these — and usually, in time, touches all three.

— 01
Strategy
A brand without a sharpened point of view is a commodity in waiting — we help you sharpen it, defend it, and turn it into a moat.
— 02
Growth
Real growth isn't a channel mix — it's the compounding interest of a hundred decisions made well. We make them with you.
— 03
Transformation
When the model needs to change — new category, new buyer, new owner — we run the build without losing what made the brand work.

— 03 / CapabilitiesWhere we stand with you.

Eight places we spend our time — practical, operator-grade work that meets you wherever the business actually is.

— 01
Brand Strategy
Positioning, narrative, architecture — the work that gives a brand a point of view its own team can recite without the deck open.
— 02
Go-To-Market
Retail entry, channel design, launch sequencing, and the unglamorous mechanics behind sell-in.
— 03
Founder Coaching
A standing thinking partner for the founder — the conversations that don't fit a board agenda but shape every decision that does.
— 04
Capital Strategy
Fundraise readiness, narrative, target lists, term-sheet sense — built before the deck goes out.
— 05
Operations & Supply
Co-man, 3PL, COGS structure, and inventory math — where margin lives or dies.
— 06
M&A Advisory
Sell-side preparation, buyer fit, diligence rehearsal, and the conversations around exit.
— 07
Product Commercialization
From assortment to pack architecture to the shelf set that actually converts a shopper.
— 08
Organizational Design
Roles, layers, decision rights, and the hiring sequence that lets a small team punch heavy.

Four ways to engage — sized to the question, the timeline, and the weight of the decision in front of you.

2 – 4 Sessions

The Counsel

A single sharp question, a short sequence of working sessions, a clear path out. Pricing, positioning, hiring, term sheets — bring the issue, leave with a plan.

The Mandate

A defined strategic question worked end-to-end on retainer — channel strategy, brand repositioning, fundraise prep, org redesign. Scoped, scheduled, and shipped.

The Build

A full launch-to-market or business build. We sit inside the operating cadence, run the workstreams, and stay until the new shape of the business is real.
